In order to achieve Nycil Limited Quality Policy and consistently satisfy customer expectations and all applicable requirements, the quality objectives of Nycil are:
- To ensure efficient operation of the production plants by reducing production delays and losses to the barest minimum practicable (5%).
- To ensure that there is an efficient mechanism for importing specified goods of right quality and best price such that 90% of products are delivered according to specification within the year.
- To ensure achievement of 80% of the sales budget. To
achieve at least 90% customer satisfaction.
Nycil limited is committed to producing and improving
high quality synthetic resins, emulsions and allied
chemicals as well as providing technical support to
satisfy the needs of our valued customers.
It is our commitment to also ensure the effective
implementation of Quality Management System by
satisfying applicable requirements, addressing the
context of our organization and continually improving
our Quality Management system. The Top Management of
Nycil ensures that quality objectives at the corporate
and Departmental levels are adequately established to
achieve our Quality Policy.
